What video card are you using?
WinXP Pro SP3 or Win7 x86 | SS 2.54

Oh, & do you have IE10 installed?
(Mozilla has a long standing Bug that affects Win7+IE10+ATI users. Don't know that it has any bearing here, but just thought I'd ask anyhow.)

huh, yes i do in fact but had to run it the first time ever to actually check what version it is.

You could try upgrading your Catalyst drivers to 13.12 if you're not already on that version.
