beta 3: Error with "Hot paths are available in jump list"

Error with "Hot paths are available in Altap Salamander jump list (Windows 7+ feature).": "$[USERPROFILE]\Desktop" does not work!
Message:

Path: "C: \Window\system32\$[USERPRQFILE]" Error: The path specified was not found.
