While accessing a network share over VPN to a domain \\<ip>\sharename salamander asks for credentials. So far so fine. But then a window pops up saying:
OS: Win7Pro | single workstation
Server: SBS2011 | domain
If I do the same in explorer, I get a nice error message:
The correct message should be Access denied.BUG: AS3.0.b1 Accessing network share
Re: BUG: AS3.0.b1 Accessing network share
I get this when connecting to a network share:
I try to connect to an internal server using a unc path like this: \\test.server.com to view all shares on this server and get this error message:
Translated to English it means: Not sufficient system resources to run the requested service
Also when I connect to a share on a MS Sharepoint server I get this: Translated to English: The network share cannot be found.

- Both shares can be accessed by Windows Explorer and Total Commander without any problems
- Both problems are present in Salamander 2.54 and 3.0 beta 1 (x64 tested only)

All kinds of "solutions" to Error 1450: Insufficient system resources.
Every thread I looked at had a different "fix" .
(67) could be as simple as enabling "network discovery"?
But that's not going to be it in your case.
If you map the shares, are you able to connect that way?

Check this solution http://support.microsoft.com/kb/198386/en
You have to add it on the remote system you are connecting to.

IRPStackSize aka Not enough storage is available to process this command was my initial thought, but that seems to spit out different numbers?

But not in connection to Altap Samalander. Explorer and Total Commander work fine.therube wrote:All kinds of "solutions" to Error 1450: Insufficient system resources.

I don't have admin access to the server. And Explorer and Total Commander work fine.therube wrote: (67) could be as simple as enabling "network discovery"?

I cannot map a path like "\\servername" without a share, I can only map an unc path like "\\servername\share".therube wrote: If you map the shares, are you able to connect that way?
What is interesting is that when I once connect to the Sharepoint share via Windows Explorer, after it it works also in Salamander! Maybe a timeout set to low?
