TortoiseSVN Context Menu Icons Shifted

Post by Thierry »

Hi,

I recently upgraded my SVN server to 1.7.4, so I also upgraded TortoiseSVN from 1.6.9 to 1.7.6, and I have the problem shown in the images below:

Context menu in Explorer:

Context menu in Salamander:

This is Windows XP SP3, and the problem is present in both Salamander 2.54 & 3.0 beta.
I did not find any related post, so maybe I'm doomed...
Any idea?

Cheers
Thierry

With the same configuration? How comes, since Jan said "confirmed"?

I can reproduce this problem (TSVN 1.7.6) on Windows XP. It works fine on Windows 7.

Ah, I see. Do you plan to fix this any time soon, or should the last dinosaurs like me start their march to seven? (Reminds me of a scene in the Fantasia animation movie...)

:D

I will try to fix it...

Switch to Windows 7 is a really good idea. Windows 8 Metro and missing Start menu doesn't look like something I would like to use :(

Yeah, I forgot to mention that I am on Windows 7. Sorry for that.

Thanks. :)

Agreed. Recent evolutions of MS products (e.g., ribbon interface) make me feel like they don't care about developers any more...
