I am trying to use plugin file viewer for msg extension (outlook format), but never work.

Can someone help me, please.

There is no dedicated viewer for Outlook format in Altap Salamander.

I usually use F3 to run quick read on the file, but it won't work for file with extension msg. The plugin I am talking about is Eroiica Viewer.

Why do you think the Outlook Message Format is supported by Eroiica Viewer? It actually is not supported and never was...

Well, if never supported before, maybe this is for feature request....

Could you specify what are those msg files in more detail, then? I know it can probably found somewhere on the Internet, but I'd like to hear it from you, too - to prevent confusion.

msg files is for outlook messages. I can open it with outlook after I save the file. I am just wondering if I can open it using viewer feature from salamander....

The msg file saved from Outlook (2010 in my case) is a compound document with many streams so a viewer for this would, to my mind, be quite difficult to implement.

So I guess the answer is no. You can make a Feature Request for this. Or you could try saving your emails using the EML format which Salamander supports.
