I am synchronizing with a remote unix server via the sftp option of the WinSCP plugin. Once a directory is transferred, the timestamps in the two panes appear identical. Checking with Ctrl-F10 says they are identica;. However, if I use the synchronize feature again, there is an integer hour difference.
The server and pc are in different timezones.
The PC is runnign windows 7 64 bit.
Altap Salamander 2.54.
I explored all options in the WinSCP configuration. No luck.
