Cut & Paste using right mouse click locks Salamander.

Both 64 and 32 bit versions of version 4.0 affected. Windows 10/64bit, latest version. Needs Process Explorer to kill it.Happy to debug. It worked in last (3.08) licensed version.

In 99% of such cases its a problem of a buggy shell extension.
Download the
ShellExView from NirSoft and disable the extension of the software you recently installed.
