Directory Dropdown List (List of Working Directories, Alt+F12) Button (Arrow) Not Visible when panel is focused - at least on my end, to my eyes.

AS400 x64, Win7 x64.
(Basically a Windows Classic theme, XP-ish, I guess you'd say I use.)

Focused panel, directory name has a dark blue background.
Dropdown icon (list of working directories, dropdown icon, that is) is black (perhaps).

When a panel is focused, the dropdown icon gets "drowned out" (essentially not there, to me).

(308, the dropdown arrow is white, so there is enough contrast that it does show up.)

Is that bitmap 999:0 ?
If so, I tried hacking that, made it entirely white, but that didn't work (for me).
(Or maybe it's 998:0, which doesn't exist in 4.0?)

(Heh.
If I blow up my screenshot, I can see the dropdown icon, in all cases. And I can see, when I circled it, I missed it ;-). In any case, I can't see it.)

No problem on my end.
Isuue is probably caused by the Classic Windows theme
