[eng XP]I can't use (copy, move, open) some files

Hello!

My friend has a problem with files with polish characters ( ex. żółty.txt) under english windows XP. I use AS under polish Windows 7 now and everything is ok...

He has an error:
"Error: (2) The system cannot find the file specified"
He also can't save file name as żółty.txt - created file has zólty.txt name

We tried "open files through solopen.exe" but it didn't help :/

Probably AS try open file zólty.txt but it doesn't exist (the name of the file is żółty.txt) ?
Wrong codename handling?
