sizes changed when I upgraded to win 19

I got salamander a couple weeks ago and it seemed to work fine until yesterday when I upgraded to win 10 from win 7. I attached a screen shot of what it looks like now. The font size is almost unreadable and the row of icons has shrunk too. How can these be adjusted.
