Directories (time/date) Compare Differently Depending On How Archive Extracted

Archive: http://www.alldup.de/download/AllDupPortable.zip (9 MB, v4.0.44)

Download archive
Click on the zip
Select all
Paste the files into a temporary directory

Separately, extract the files (using 7-zip, Unzip, ...) into a different temporary directory

In salamander:
Options | Configuration -> General
- Compare Directories: ignore time difference up to 2 s
- Compare Directories: ignore time differences of exactly one or two hours

Compare the two /dep/ directories. (Ctrl+F10, with options Size & Date and time enabled.)
The "pasted" directory will not compare with the "extracted" directory even though some files show the same date/time or are within 2 s &/or 1 or 2 hours.

Odd.

(Since I just hit it again - with the same program, when doing an update...)

Actually, it's 12 hours.
And depending on the time, that might throw the day of by 1 too.
