Just tested.
Same delay problems with 2.5 and 2.51.

Maybe you can post some "system scan" log - for example from HijackThis to check it. Maybe there is just running some wrong process.

So it must be related to some software you installed or updated recently, because you didn't notice such delays before?

Tim, if you will be able to find the delay reason, please let us know. It doesn't look like common problem according to this forum (only a few users are reporting this problem).

Looks like my system is the culprit.
When I turn on my computer the delay is hardly noticeable.
In the afternoon, the delay gets longer.

Seems I'm working too much! :o)
