I have an issue that quite often I am working with AS and the right-click stops working. It doesn't matter where I click on the window (on a folder, on a file, on white space, etc), there is no right-click menu.

If I close and immediately re-open Altap Salamander, right-click is working in both panes again.

Right click does not stop working in the native Windows explorer.

EDIT. Also, when the right-click stops working in one panel, it will work one more time in the other panel, then stop working there too.

Can't say I've ever seen that.

Anyhow try, ShellExView - Shell Extensions Manager & Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers & see if that might be able to point something out?

Used this excellent product for several years no problem then all of a sudden I started to see the same issue detailed here (tested with versions 3.06/3.07) Windows 10

Then I realized that I had recently installed Spybot (https://www.safer-networking.org/)

So I uninstalled this program and all is working again

Thought that I would just share this just in case others are having this issue.
