FTP client and auto-refresh

Hi,
I noticed something in the 2.52 beta 1 :
I upload a small file to my FTP, it asks if I want to overwrite it.
At the same moment, Salamander shows a window behind that one saying that the connexion is closed, asking if I want to reconnect it.
I guess that it is due to the auto-refresh of non-active window? Or is it unrelated? Anyway this behaviour did not exist in previous release. Or it is something else (e.g. due to my FTP) which coincidentally happens at the same time as this release?
I also noticed that after having uploaded the file to the FTP, a window saying that it closes connexion is shown for few seconds (which seems long).
I hope that this is clear, else I can make screen captures.
