First I apologize to forget to this topic, maybe it is too low priority problem, because nobody asked for solution. :)

Now I have changed SND+RCV buffer sizes on data connection sockets, it may help to speed up uploads too. You can try two test versions of FTP client for Salamander 3.06 available here: http://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=31923
