Ctrl+p on XP

I was working on someone's computer with Windows XP yesterday and noticed a difference in how Ctrl+p is handled by Salamander 2.5 RC1 and 2.5. RC1 displayed the permission dialog, but 2.5 displayed the property dialog. Can anybody confirm this?
