Copy using drag and drop with Full Row Select enabled

Post by johnd126 »

Hi

What's the best way to do drag and drop copy operations from one pane to the other when the panels are set to use Full Row Select? I can't seem to find a safe place to 'drop' the file except in the blank spot way at the bottom of the file list. If I drop it on a highlighted item it tries to launch the selected file instead.

Thanks
John

Hi John. Why not turn off the Full row select option?

I use the scroll bar as a safe place to drop files ;-) or better use F5 or F6 8)
