strg-p still not working properly in salamander 2.5

Like in RC3, strg-p gets you file properties and not permissions dialog.

Plz re-add it like it was before RC3 came.

Salamander 2.5 is not a release candidate anymore ! (not rc3)
This is something for the Staff to fix.
