This seems to work fine. Tested it three times.

This bug will be fixed in the SS 2.5 beta 11, thanks to Roger for testing a special build of Servant Salamander!

Note: To reproduce this problem, you must focus the UpDir item in the active panel and then right-click some file in the inactive panel. Then choose the Delete command from context menu... and nothing happen.
