Windows Vista - Copy | Confirm File Overwrite - Looses Focus
In Windows Vista, during a Copy operation, if an overwite condition exists (Confirm File Overwrite), window focus is lost - regardless of any options chosen (Yes All Skip Skip_All Cancel).
This does not occur in Windows XP - focus is retained.
Windows Vista - Copy | Confirm File Overwrite - Looses Focus
Confirmed! I've just lost focus using Delete command.
Steps to reproduce:
0) IMPORTANT: You have to have some Always on top program running (Task Manager or second instance of Salamander can do this) - this program can be minimized
1) Make a hidden file (to invoke the Confirm File Delete dialog)
2) Try to delete the file and confirm the first Confirm Delete dialog
3) Delete operation starts and then immediately pauses asking about the hidden file
4) Pressing any button on the Confirm File Delete dialog looses Salamander's focus...
Tested on real machine with final version of Windows Vista.
