Command line autohide

When the command line is set to auto hide (it's not selected in the toolbars and you can show it with Ctrl + Tab) and you browse to a ftp/scp site or open an archive and then press Ctrl + Tab to open the command line it won't hide when you change focus from it. To hide it again you have to go to a local drive, select the Command line again and then change focus from it.
