Shell Link Viewer is plugin for view information on Windows shortcuts.

I've been downloading the shelllinkviewer_0.5.0.399.zip from your site, but when installed it says Version 0.4.0?
Furthermore, there are 2 items labeled "Start in" whereas the second of them should be "Comment" I guess.
