Guess I wasn't too clear on that.
One the download page, Windows:, they have both an .exe.7z "installer", & a -portable.7z.
It was the latter that I downloaded [Descargar] (& the 32-bit version at that), awgg-0.5.0-win32-portable.7z.
and even the 7-Zip GUI file manager shows an empty folder for the first entry
Looking (again) with the [7-zip] command-line, & now see that also.
Code: Select all
Date Time Attr Size Compressed Name
------------------- ----- ------------ ------------ ------------------------
2016-02-11 14:05:31 D.... 0 0 awgg-0.5.0-win32-portable\
2015-10-01 10:11:12 D.... 0 0 awgg-0.5.0-win32-portable\languages\
Seemingly the "no-name" directory, should be the parent, or something like that.
So, I'd say it's a bug in the software that generated the 7z, or maybe in 7-Zip itself.
OK.
And now running the (7-zip) GUI, I see it also see's the same.
Only difference is that 7-zip only traverses that "directory" once (& shows it as awgg-0.5.0-win32-portable.7z\awgg-0.5.0-win32-portable\\, double slash) where Salamander would traverse it unending (presumably).
