Thank you. We are very sorry for this inconvenience - we can reproduce it now and looking how to fix it. The problem lays between TC Proxy plugin and TC Media Audio plugin - caused by different paths handling in AS vs TC plugin interface.

Would you accept some lifetime Salamander licenses (for example for your friends) as an apology for this problem?

I accept your apology and thank you for your kind offer. I think that we can solve this via personal messages in Czech.

Are you talking about "Program files" or "Program files (x86)" folder?

I think it was "Program Files (x86)", but I don't think that it makes any difference in this case.

AS directory doesn't matter. Problem is in temporary path used for file obtained from remote device (in this case it was Android phone). When you choose the View command, file is downloaded to temp path, for example C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\SAL73A.tmp\IMG_20130211_165458.jpg. In another step this path is overwritten by TC Media Audio plugin and is terminated to C:\, as you can see on attached screenshot. Unfortunately the same path buffer is used latter in Salamander to remove temporary files / directories.

Manison will release a new version of TC Proxy Plugin that will pass duplicated buffer to TC plugin so terminated path will not affect Salamander.

Pointer to that buffer is returned from Salamander core as CONST, it should not be changed. Manison will check TC Proxy plugin also on other places where it passes strings to TC plugins to fix also another potential similar problems.

Fixed version of Total Commander Proxy Plugin is available for download for both Altap Salamander 2.54 and the latest 3.0 beta 2. Update is strongly recommended. Sorry for inconvenience.

Download TC Proxy for AS 2.54 or 3.0 b2
