Wrong filesize for large files contained in a ZIP-File

Hi,

AS 2.5 displays wrong filesizes for large files contained in a ZIP-File. Today I've receivd a 950 MB ZIP-File that contained > 6 GB file. AS 2.5 reported a filesize (file within the ZIP-Archive) of 320 MB. Seems to me the ZIP-Plugin uses 32 bit datatype for the filesize....

Re: I don't believe anything you guys say

Let me give you an advice. Don't promise anything any more. Remove the roadmap from your website and tell us that you don't have any plans for Vista support or any other version of Salamander in the future. This way you can only suprise us. I disagree. If there is no Roadmap, then the product quick...

Re: they're only humans!!

*EVERYTHING* would be ok - except silence.... (especially because they can see that some users are getting really nervous)... Hi Michael, we are nearly finished with our administrative/accounting work for Salamander 2.5. From the next week we will be preparing release of Altap Salamander 2.51. We a...

This means that you don't read everything on the site :-) Altap had to start a new site because of plug-in sale and they had a lot of work with that. but I agree with one thing - a sticky post would be nice. Are you talking about WinSCP ? This is done - have a look at the new purchase page at http:...

Please stop nagging... a) AFAIK Salamander is the most stable program I ever had. Yes - Full ACK! Please stop nagging... So all the naggers PLEASE take it as a fact, that a new version will be released WHEN ITS DONE (AND PROPERLY TESTED). Well, this reminds me of "Duke Nukem"... Just kidd...

[quote="Jan Rysavy"]Salamander is watching next directory change when the context menu command was executed. If one new file or directory appear during this refresh, it is focused. I personally see no reason for this (focus a new file)... Why did you realized this? Maybe it would be a good...

Strange behaviour with TortoiseSVN

All, let's say ou have a directory with some files, in example a1po001.cob a1po002.cob a5po000.cob Now, enter this directory and press the keys "a5". The Salamander file selector jumps to the file "a5po000.cob". Now use the mouse and right-klick this file and choose "Tortois...

Re: File Compare

Try Winmerge: http://forum.altap.cz//viewtopic.php?t=2112&highlight=winmerge I know WinMerge, but the FileCompare of Salamander can be fired up by a key-combination - and I like this a lot. If Salamander would allow one to launch (with parameters) external programs - yes, then I would use WinMe...

File Compare

All, are there any plans to update the file compare plugin? The current version loops when comparing larger files (in my case, 2.8 MB with 68.000 lines of text - but only 157 differences). I could provide a sample file if needed... AND: Well guys, since middle of november you are talking about relea...

Hi, I also would like to see a SDK released soon - no matter if there is doc or not (ALTAP could release some rough Plugin-Samples and release the SDK as a "Pre-Alpha" or somewhat). So I could write one/some plugins I'm not really missing but would be nice to have: CVS-Plugin Subversion-Pl...

Petr, I've tried from home (similar setup here) and I figured out that Squid is configured very restrictive (default). I had to add an ACL to allow clients to use Ports > 1024 (for the data-connection). Tomorrow I will chek if at our office this is the same problem. I wonder why you use the CONNECT-...
