Context menus are closing automatically

... on AS 2.54, too - but not in Windows Explorer... I guess something is not working correctly with my installed shell extensions (which are in fact TortoiseSVN 1.7.12, Build 24070 - 64 Bit and WinMerge 2.12.4.0 German Unicode). My OS is Windows 7 64 Bit. Bye & Thanks, Michael

Re: Missing Tortoise CVS overlay icons

It works well here even if I start Salamander "as admin". I think there is some other problem. Please try to download & unpack SDK version, it has trace (debug) messages, maybe it will help us trace the problem: http://www.altap.cz/salamander/downloads/sdk/ Start bin\vc2008\SDK_x64\sal...

Re: Missing Tortoise CVS overlay icons

Hi Petr I had some of the icons turned off (the new overlays are ugly and "noise" my eyes). When importing this worked. I checked all, restarted and they had gone. Tried disabling overlays, restarted, enabled them again, restarted. Still no overlay icons. ... but this is probably irrelevan...

Re: Missing Tortoise CVS overlay icons

Please start Salamander without importing configuration. Icon overlays should be missing. Open configuration dialog, page Icon Overlays. Do you see Tortoise CVS icons there? And what's the state of checkboxes (one is on top, many in listview)? I expect some of them are turned off. Can you try to ...

Missing Tortoise CVS overlay icons

After a hard disk crash I reinstalled the system from scratch (Win7 x64 US). First thing installed was the AS3(x64) beta, next the TortoiseCVS but my overlays were missing. I reinstalled the tortoise with no luck, next I uninstalled AS3 (which really made me feel bad) and told it to clean ...

... informaci. Problém jsme opravili pro další verzi Salamandera, viz http://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5627 Zároveň jsme požádali autory TortoiseHG, aby opravili jejich shell extension, kde je pod Windows XP stále chyba, viz https://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg/issue/1364/context-menus-icons-do-not-display

Posunuté ikonky TortoiseSVN v kontextovém menu

Re: Use File Comparator from outside AS

Seems like we're also mentioning our favorite file comparison software in this thread, so I'm gonna add TortoiseMerge (distributed with e.g. TortoiseSVN) which also allows you to edit one of the files (manually and/or by copying parts of text from the other file) and somehow ...
