This doesn't occur with volume control though, and the behaviour doesn't always occur starting yahoo messenger. Chances are higher to reproduce this is start SS after starting the PC then follow ...

Temporary solution first sort in detailed view then switch to thumbnails mode. But ofcourse having the sorting options (column headers) in thumbnail mode is a smart idea. Guys we are SS fanboys aren't we? Don't give us strange ideas of switching to windows explorer John  MS makes lousy choices...

The solution is right in the second picture: You can't paste a file into another file (your selection is "UNZIP-BAT"!!). Choose the white space under the file list to right click :!: The funny thing is shouldn't the menu cover the selected file just like the first image? If you select the...

Yeah that's what i'm wondering about as well jis. "When a folder is selected or browsed to, instead of showing only the text 'DIR', it could read 'DIR (44 kb in 24 Files)'." "I don't go into a dir just to find this info out. I go into the dir to work" Actually you mean you want t...

You don't have to go inside a dir and select all files to find out. ALT+F10 is faster.

Maybe he doesn't know the wheel can act as a 3rd button? OR he only wants to use his middle finger for activating auto scroll. OR he hates to move his index finger to the wheel :D

Anyway i just tested the auto scroll function in windows explorer. Doesn't work just only on webbrowsers.

Auto refresh is not build in the internal viewer if i'm correct. I don't know any viewers containing auto refresh function.

The ALTAP team is planning to rewrite the internal viewer, so more functionalities will be implemented. Right now there's no highlighting.
