Re: Retain directory size while moving up/down the dir-tree
...Is it possible to change the settings somehow to get this behavior? No, not right now, but this would be nice if it would be so! Right now you have to have the dirs with the size in the left panel and the same path in the right panel, where you can digg into the subfolders, while the dir size is...

Hi eblis,
maybe you wanna try out Cathy from Robert Vasicek - Home Page for this issue?
This tool is ~60kB, stand alone, but use the registry to store his settings (not the data file which are in the program folder).
But this settings are not really important.

The plugin is related to Salamander and works only (<?>AFAIK) with Salamander.
But 7-Zip itself is an own application and can be found on the net, e.g. at http://www.7-zip.org/
HTH?

I do this with DOS. But what's about an improvement of the F5-Copy-Dialog to exclude folders like: Copy 13 directories to C:\Temp\*.* [ ] ... [ ] ... [ ] ... [ ] ... [x] Files named: [ *.jpg | exclude folders ] ??? :? ------------ And BTW, the hint to copy folders only should be in the 'masks hints'...

Batch Renamer: Batch replace list and favorites
Is it possible to improve the Search&Replace so that we could s&r several parts at once? i.e. i want to seperate several s&r-parts with an delimeter like ':' e.g. Search: %27:%20:%23:ü:ö:_ Replace: ': :#:ue:oe:- Than the Batch Renamer should 1. search for %27 and replace all occurrences ...

PictView, control anim GIFs
Some improvement suggestions for PictView: 1.) Stop animated GIFs from changing the view 2.) control animated GIFs... ... control the speed of the view change ... show all contained pics seperated, one by one so i can better see the single layers of that anim GIFs. Enought would be for all this, tha...

I agree with KNUT, this belongs to Windows'TM (or TCP/IP stack?) You can't connect to a share/remotePC with two diff logins at the same time. You have to logoff the first user first. A work around is to start WinExplorer (or maybe Sala) as other user: RUNAS /user:Domain\SecondUser C:\Sala\salamand.e...
