But here always the first page ("Allgemein" in German version of Windows XP) of the file properties dialog is displayed so I have to change manually to the security page. Yes, indeed. Same behavior here! Security page of Properties dialog box ... is called "Freigabe" in the germ...

On the Quick Rename dialog, only name of the file should be initially selected. Now selected is name with extension. This is annoying because extension part of the file name is changed very rarely. Workarounds in the quick rename dialog: CTRL+SHIFT+LeftArrow and SHIFT+LeftArrow :? hit four-times SH...
