OK, I'll reconsider this, but I already have things packed in this format

Re: PAK archiver reports false error about filename length

So looks like there is a filename length maximum. Thinking it must be ~57 characters? And at 57 characters, looks like it truncates the last byte, making the archive invalid. Not sure where things actually work? Seems to be highly buggy. Thanks, I should have done more checking, but was busy with o...

PAK archiver reports false error about filename length

I recently started using PAK archiving for some of my data and today I noticed problem when trying to pack what seems to me ordinary files. I got this error: Can't add file because of too long name As error happened for the third time today I thought of reporting. File path isn't too long. It's 176 ...

I noticed this issue now, and would like to suggest d&d feature from inside archives to external programs, like 7z manager or WinRar does

Thanks

Re: Database viewer enhancements?

The file indeed has double quotes in some fields that may confuse viewer, but then they have TAB separator as delimiter as you mentioned However, I changed script which generated this files to filter double quotes in fields Thanks I know CSVed as only CSV editor which doesn't require gigantic framew...

Re: Database viewer enhancements?

Rows from 58-297 are truncated, and they show fine in other apps that can do CSV. Is there some limitation on file size (thou file is not big)?
I added attachment

Interestingly garbaged row is 57 after which couple of rows are truncated
I don't see anything special in row 57 in editor

Re: Database viewer enhancements?

About requested file: I don't think it's file content related (it's TAB separated CSV file, BTW) as I copied some problematic rows in other file then opening it I can see that previously problematic rows aren't affected now. Here is another screenshot, with different kind of problem, but same as pre...

Re: Database viewer enhancements?

I somehow didn't received notification about topic reply, as I probably forgot to subscribe as I usually do, so I saw reply just now and here is screenshot: http://i55.tinypic.com/29xglsm.png It affects one particular long row or maybe two sometimes IIRC. I don't know if it's my graphic driver (onbo...

Database viewer enhancements?

I recently posted about custom column in AS, and in same direction some workaround could be CSV file: first column set to filename, and others user defined; then selecting some filename rows and copying to clipboard to take advantage of "Load selection (^#F6)" works beautifully IMO. However I just n...

Re: Descript.ion support

Sorry to bring such old topic to life, but that's what I meant to post about also. Explorer has trillion columns, TC supports various ways of adding custom columns, while some others like SC support columns available in Explorer. Seeing that this thread dates 4 years ago draw me back, but however I ...

Аbout conversion tables

Let this be split from my previous topic with many questions. I would like to know if it possible to create conversion table (CT) with UTF-8 (or even Unicode) mappings. Is it possible, or CT works only byte per byte? http://i.imgur.com/ifopK.png I know I could use iconv, but i was trying to map enti...

Re: Set AS Viewer to see chars in my locale?

Options/Configuration/Viewers and Editors/Internal Viewer/Appearance/Font: what font and script do you have there? Ah, script... That was it :) It was set to Western Thanks Yes, if you have language for non-Unicode programs set properly to Russian (or any other language using CP1251) then you can p...
