Did you mean MS Internet Explorer (MSIE)? This is exactly what I ment, sorry for misleading text. I suggest you add Altap's site to the list of URLs which do not use the proxy in MSIE's proxy configuration and see if it helps. That is easy, but the thing I do not want. I'm not familiar with windows...

Blocking is very simple. Just use a dummy proxy adress and activate it only for the MSI explorer.
