Re: Beta4 can not unpack *.gz

Hi Tomas, I agree: This is not so high on priority, but it looks ... mmh ... strange if such a very nice + powerful tool like Salamander is not (or no more) able to determine the size of gzipped files. That's an open (not proprietary) and well documented format for (de-)compressing files. And thinki...

ű and ő are not German, we have Ä + Ö + Ü + ä + ö + ü + ß (Umlaute) and I had never any Problem with that chars since Salamander v1.51 and Windows 95.
Just my 2 cents

Re: Beta4 can not unpack *.gz

Hi Thomas, If it is the same archive, it's a regression, and then yes, I would still like to have sample archive to debug Yes, it's of course the same archive on all those screeshots, but for your tests I created a new (and anonymous) one for you with the same behaviour (TC 8 and Sal 2.5 shows the s...

Beta4 can not unpack *.gz

Hi Salamander Team,

Salamander 3 ist unable to unzip *.gz files (create on Linux "gzip file.txt"), but Total Commander can, see Screenie.
But Salamander 2.5 on the same machine can.

Machine: "Salamander 3 beta4 x86" on "Windows 8.1 x64"

Deleting directories

Hi,

when deleting many dirs (especially from temp folders, often more than hundreds), I want to have a point to say "All" (on not empty folders)

Delete-Dialog:
The directory ... is not empty.
Do you want to delete it?

Options:
Yes - No - YES TO ALL - Cancel

Thanx.

Beta 3 - two little bugs

Hi there, I'm new here :) first, thank you for Salamander, the excellent file manager I daily use since v1.6. I know all other file managers and tried them, but Salamander is the only one most complete in functionality, usability and look... very nice! Second, the two little bugs: a) STRG+1 shows in...
