I often use Shift+F4 to create new text files.

Most text files should become the same name as an *.EXE file.
e.g.
Setup-v2.0. exe ==> Setup-v2.0. txt

Therefor i have to copy the name of the EXE to the clipboard
and paste it back into the "Edit new file" dialog. Then i
have to modify the extension ...

I have alot of user menu items.
If there are more items then i have place in the menu line
then the right most one's are not visible any more.

I think we need here "two arrows" to scroll horizontally.

I guess the same for the hot paths menu line.

If you need a quick workaround only you may try SUBST.

If you have
D:\AVeryLongLongLongLongLongLong\Long\Path\WithSubFolders\filename.ext

you could use in the DOS-Box
C:\>subst X: " D:\AVeryLongLongLongLongLongLong\Long\Path "

Then you can access filename.ext as
X:\ WithSubFolders ...

If i understand correctly keymapping adjustment would allow me to change
the hotkey that starts "cmd.exe" and not the actual program itself (maybe i misunderstood).
If Altap implement the remapping the way i would expect this

Here is a workaround:

NumpadDiv:: run notepad
RETURN

Replace 'notepad' with your "Console.exe "

Would be a great idea for SS or a plugin:
show system monitor values in the title bar (or somewhere else)

cos i want some time ago post the same.

We know that there is a drop down list
for each field to choose the older pattern....

But what i look for is a compled list
with the settings of ALL fields in the renamer i.e, e.g:
MASK: *.txt
Search for: new(.*)
Replace with ...

...
Unfortunately, the previous search selected the found string in the viewer and
the Find dialog now present me with that found/selected string instead of my
original pattern, ...
