We'll be releasing a new version of GEO5 at Fine this week and the final touches are being made. We also had some health problems, so we missed the Salamander release date. Most important than ARM64 as well, is Linux and Mac platforms.
It would be nice to abstract the UI code and have AS run on all platforms.

Why not. It will pick up.
The goal for the source code is to remain platform agnostic. So it is a chance to clean up the code anyway.
You were asking for C++ devs and so on. I would love to help keep open sourced AS alive.
