Network SignOn Error

I have 3 computers set up as a workgroup. No problem there. I also have a company laptop that is used for VPN into the company's servers. It is set up in the usual corporate manner with a domain. If I select a mapped drive from AS (while not in VPN mode) it asks me for a computer / password as one w...

I agree with Jiri that I don't see a need for this as a feature.

It would seem that you could accomplish what you wish to do with a "Hot Path" - it would be available with a hot key and also from the change drive menu.

Thanks for the link to ClipTrak 1.3. I'll give that a try and report back. I also use WinXP. While checking out various clipboard programs, I did bump into a few that said that they would automatically re-connect to the clipboard if some other program dis-connected them. So apparently a not uncommon...

Disconnect from ClipBoard

I use an utility from PC Magazine called ClipTrak (ver: 1.2, unfortunately, 1.3 is now in their pay for it area). Ever since RC2 came out I have been having ClipTrak becoming disconnected from the clipboard. Took me this long to figure out what was causing it (RC2) - by all appearances. I just verif...

While I hear what your saying Jan, I would also appreciate the ability to print. I have absolutely no need for all the other features of the Eroiica application, so paying for the full program is out of the question. Just the ability to print out (in my case, .doc or .xls files) would be nice. I wou...

I vote for the new behavior. Seems more consistent to me. For example, if you have a focused file and do a shift-click on another file, Salamander selects all files from (and including) the focused file. So it comes down to (for me) - why would the shift or control key modifier work differently in r...

Josip Tosic: Or you can hide taskbar icon and place it in systray, but this is not solution for me. Btw, with some utilities you can change window order in taskbar using drag&drop Can you recommend any particular tool for this? I use TaskArrange available from: http://users.forthnet.gr/pat/efot...

Well, found a silly answer - Internet Explorer did something. I normally use FireFox (make that always except for something like Windows Update). Anyway, I got the bright idea to start up IE to check its connection settings (since I know it likes to stick its nose everywhere) and got a message somet...

Check Version Failure

I think this is some windows (WinXP-SP2) flag, but SS's behavior after is a problem. On my primary computer, when I try to use Check Version, I ~immediately~ get an error of: Connecting Failed: The computer is disconneted from the network. SS then freezes and I must unload it with a right click on i...

Just as kind of an add-on to this subject: I think an ability to selectively delete some entries would be a nice touch. Say by pressing delete when the item is highlighted. I can blow away the total history, but not partial. AFAIK. And, of course, when you do save of your configuration the history i...

Great. That means more people then just me would like this feature.

I guess I'm going to have to read Czech.
