Passv Mode is checked, I think it is default, because I've never changed it.

And update the server SW, hmm, I'll ask my provider ;-)

Sorry, my fault, wrong description. AS responses to all the commands, it only stop downloading.

I think the server is a little "out of order ...

On deleting backup-directories I have to confirm many questions.

Line end characters are problem because they are used as FTP command ending (CR+LF). I think that it is not possible to bypass this problem. If you find some other FTP client handling such names, please let me know.

LeechFtp can handle it a little. Changedir with right mouse button works, also ...

I have also found an Directory(created by mistake(tm)) with

fobar0x0D

No chance to rename or delete it with the ftp-client.
