Default Icon for Windows Shortcuts

Windows Shortcuts show up with a default icon that is both ugly and not representative of a shortcut.

Please address this if possible.

Great product! This is the best file manager in the history of software. Please keep up the amazing work.

Copy and Paste Toolbar Icons

Please put the REAL copy paste (and delete) icons as defaults on the toolbar.

Makes it a LOT easier to quickly copy and move files between the panes (especially with advanced option operations)

Plus, Microsoft does it with explorer, so you should too. :)
