I noticed that Ctrl+F in the File Comparator plugin does Go To Last Difference (same as Alt+End), and Ctrl+B does Go To First Difference (same as Alt+Home). These keys are not documented in the Help.
I actually pressed Ctrl+F to do Find; that is not implemented of course.
Is there any reason to allow Ctrl+F/B here? I would vote to remove those shortcuts, for two reasons:
- prevent confusion
- reserve them for future use (e.g. Find)

Re: Ctrl+F in File Comparator
No, actually they don't. They are equivalent to Go to File End resp. Go to File Begin. HJKLBFG are equivalent to arrow & similar (cursor) keys - see the help for FC. Modifiers work the same way as if the equivalent cursor key was used.mdruiter wrote:I noticed that Ctrl+F in the File Comparator plugin does Go To Last Difference (same as Alt+End), and Ctrl+B does Go To First Difference (same as Alt+Home).

Ah, I see.
Too bad for Find, if ever.
